In most cases we suggest a 30-minute call before anything else. It costs nothing and there is no proposal waiting at the end of it. The point is to understand what you are trying to fix and to tell you honestly whether Odoo is the right answer. Sometimes it is not, and saying so early saves everyone a quarter. The more concrete your message, the more useful our first reply. Worth mentioning:

• what the business does, and roughly how many people would use the system
